Here are some frequently asked questions that we have answered, which you may find useful in getting to know us:
· How long does it take to install a Simply Sliding Wardrobe ?
It usually takes one day to install, sometimes two. You will be told how long it will take by your designer.
· How long would we have to wait before a Simply Sliding Wardrobe can be installed ?
Our lead time is usually 3 – 4 weeks, but that is not to say we cannot react to a more urgent requirement.
· Are all your fitters employed by you ?
Yes. We do not use sub-contractors, only our own installers who are fully trained and are completely conversant with our product and working practices.
· Do you offer a guarantee ?
Yes, we offer a 10 year guarantee against installation and hardware failure.
· How much deposit do you require for us to book an installation ?
25% deposit secures an installation date - the final balance is due on the day of installation.
· Is it true that made-to-measure fitted furniture is expensive ?
No. Well, some companies are. We believe that we can give good value for money and a price that will allow you to make the most of your budget.
· Do you offer finance packages ?
No we don’t. We can offer solutions to suit most budgets, none are designed to break the bank.
· Do your designers or salespersons work on a commission basis ?
No. You will not be subject to a ‘hard sell’ or other ‘tricks of the trade’. We offer a straight-forward free designer service in a no-pressure appointment.
